Alpine Ascent GmbH is a limited liability company under Swiss law (art. 772 et seq. CO), based in Lucerne. Address: Obergrundstrasse 17, 6003 Lucerne. UID: CHE-245.239.722. The company has been entered in the commercial register since July 2026, is owner-led and independent.

Purpose
The statutory purpose of the company comprises:
- Film production, in particular auteur cinema
- Promotion of the labour-market integration of socially disadvantaged groups, in particular refugees, into the Swiss workforce; integration and employment programmes as well as supporting services in hospitality and service
- Online media and social media as well as the design, planning and delivery of events
- Real-estate trading, in particular sales
- Development, operation, licensing and distribution of software and digital solutions as well as IT services, in particular in the field of artificial intelligence
Governance
The company is run by its owners. Authorised signatories are as recorded in the current entry in the Commercial Register of the Canton of Lucerne (UID CHE-245.239.722).
