About us
A Swiss venture group with a global mindset
Alpine Ascent is an owner-led Swiss company based in Lucerne. We invest in ventures we build, hold and run ourselves — combining entrepreneurial discipline with social responsibility.
Long-term thinking
We develop, own and operate our businesses over years — not quarters.
People at the centre
Programmes and products start from real human needs.
Positive impact
Labour-market integration is a central social responsibility.
Our impact
A more open, inclusive society.
We combine entrepreneurial activity with the integration of socially disadvantaged groups into the Swiss labour market — especially in Lucerne and Central Switzerland.
