Alpine Ascent supports the labour-market integration of socially disadvantaged groups, in particular refugees, into the Swiss workforce. We treat this as a central social responsibility: paid work is the most effective lever for sustained integration.
We deliver integration and employment programmes that combine qualification, on-the-job practice and personal mentoring. The focus is on the Lucerne region and Central Switzerland.
