Impact

We combine entrepreneurial activity with the integration of socially disadvantaged groups into the Swiss labour market.

Mandate

Alpine Ascent treats labour-market integration as a central social responsibility. Paid work is the most effective lever for sustained integration into the Swiss labour market.

Our programmes address socially disadvantaged groups, in particular refugees — with a focus on the Lucerne region and Central Switzerland. Venture details: Integration.

Approach

We work in a practice-first, partner-based model:

  1. Qualification leading to recognised credentials
  2. Practical placements in hospitality and service
  3. Language and vocational support on the job
  4. Coaching for the transition into the regular labour market

Who we serve

  • Employers — placements and supported integration
  • Participants — programmes and coaching
  • Funders and authorities — partnerships and reporting

Please enquire via the contact form (topic “Integration”) or info@alpine-ascent.ch.

Metrics and reporting

The next impact report will include, among other things:

  • Participant numbers per period
  • Placement rate into the regular labour market
  • Partner employers and funders
  • External evaluation (where available)

The impact report, annual report and whitepapers will be made available for download here once the next reporting period is complete.
