Alpine Ascent treats labour-market integration as a central social responsibility. Paid work is the most effective lever for sustained integration into the Swiss labour market.
Our programmes address socially disadvantaged groups, in particular refugees — with a focus on the Lucerne region and Central Switzerland. Venture details: Integration.

- Qualification leading to recognised credentials
- Practical placements in hospitality and service
- Language and vocational support on the job
- Coaching for the transition into the regular labour market

Metrics and reporting
