AI Operator
A platform for AI-assisted customer communication. Businesses get an operator that takes enquiries by phone, web chat and messaging, sets appointments and reservations reliably, and keeps every conversation on record.
- Multi-channel — telephone, web widget and eight messaging services in one continuous conversation history
- Real-time voice — callers speak directly with the language model, which reaches into availability and bookings mid-conversation
- Tenant separation in the database — every query stays within its own organisation, enforced by the database itself and checked automatically every hour

Rafael
A gateway for AI models, running in production. Applications address a single OpenAI-compatible interface; behind it Rafael spreads requests across six providers, covers their outages and accounts for them per tenant.

- Fault-tolerant — if a provider fails or exhausts its quota the next one takes over; the wait before retrying comes from the provider’s own response
- Separated per tenant — its own key, its own quota and its own reporting for each customer
- Current knowledge — a tiered search answers from reliable specialist sources first and reaches for paid services only last
- Agent behind an approval gate — an assistant plans multi-step tasks and edits code in an isolated working copy; every writing step needs explicit approval
Technology: Python and TypeScript; around 2,300 automated tests, strict type checking and secret scanning in the delivery pipeline.
